When you submit the contact form we collect the name you give us, your phone number, the service you selected, the time window you chose for a call, and any optional message you write.

We also record which language version of the site you used and the page you submitted from, so we can respond in the right language and with the right context.

We collect your name and phone number for one purpose: to call you back about the inquiry you submitted. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Contact submissions are visible only to authenticated members of the Algora Tech team. They are never displayed on the public website and there is no public interface that lists them.

We keep inquiries for as long as they are commercially relevant. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by writing to the email address on our contact page, and we will remove it.

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful. Where a form submission is recorded as an event, it records that an inquiry happened and which service category it concerned — not your phone number.
